Approximately 6 years ago, my son, who was 6 at the time really got into pokemon cards. After months of trying to explain the supposedly obvious connection pocket monster with pokemon, I gave up and just got into the cards too.  However, I just opened pokemon packs trying only to fine shiny cards and then look up how much they are worth.

So we were now selling pocket monster cards but we needed a name.  So, my son, 6 at the time, without hesitation screamed "GIGA GAMERS"  Awesome I said as I was so glad to see his initiative.  I have no idea what giga gamers means but please don't tell my son that as he believes the name could not be more self explanatory.

Moving along, we got into funko pops as well. We sold cards on ebay for a while and did well.  We eventually needed to expand to mercari. We did alright but finally came to conclusion to leave mercari and Ebay because of restrictions.  We were restricted in all of the information we could provide and how we marketed our product including not being to embed your video of the product in the listing.  Far more important are the restrictions that we had with customer contact and customer service. I have had several occasions where a customer got in touch with me after a transaction and asked why I would not allow for a $2 refund due to a chip in the box possibly caused by travel.  I had never heard of this from ebay.. I would do that refund all day long but ebay would not let me and told the customer there was nothing that could be done.  This is not how we wanted to handle our customers.

We want to trust our customers, we want our customers to trust us and we want our customers to be friends.  We especially want our customers to know that we are always workingtowards heir best interests and expectations.

We know sell funko pins, funko soda, figpins, hasbro back series figures along with Funko pops and a few pokemon cards.

I also wanted to mention that our new website allows us to put videos of our products in their listing.  This is HUGE for us as you may know of our YouTube channel where we have well over 100 videos unboxing and displaying to Funko Pops.
